SAN CARLOS FITNESS BOOTCAMP

Wired Fitness has been running outdoor boot camps around San Diego County for over 15 years.  We decided to offer some indoor options in the surrounding area of La Mesa at San Carlos Fitness.  These classes will all be setup circuit-styled (HIIT) to maximize metabolic effect to incinerate fat and burn the most calories possible.  These classes will be offered on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday mornings with possible evenings and weekends added to the schedule for the remainder of the Summer.  Class sizes will be limited to 12 participants and every one has to RSVP prior to the start of the class using our scheduling system.  Other services that will be available at this location are macro and nutrition planning, and coaching, body assessments including body fat analysis.  Please express your interest today. Liberty Station NTC Park Outdoor Fitness Training Class

Starting NOV 2017 we will be offering a new class time in a location from our past…  Wired Fitness San Diego has been offering, challenging, intense and fun outdoor personal training groups for the past 16 years.  It’s been about 4 years since we help a bootcamp in Liberty Station so help us start this awesome location back up. 

 

We will be offering the follow in class times to start:

TTH 6-7AM

TTH 9-10AM (or 930-1030AM)

We will be holding classes, semi-private (2-4 participants) training, and 1-on-1 private sessions at Doyle Park off Regents Rd. in the La Jolla Colony – UTC Area starting MAY 2014.   Some proposed time slots for classes and small group training are:

 

  • Monday – Friday 900AM
  • Tuesday’s & Thursday’s 700AM | 800AM | 1200PM
  • Friday’s 500PM

Great location and time convenient to Solana Ranch Elementary School…  Get your workout in before you have to drop the kids off at school.  You can be burning up to 1000 calories in our outdoor fitness classes!  All levels are welcome for this awesome class.  Class size is smaller so additional attention will be given to all participants.  Workouts consist of bodyweight, core, tabata, strength, cardio, flexibility and more.  All equipment will be provided.  All you need is a mat or towel, and water.  If you are interested in trying this program out please contact on of our staff members or click register below to get started.

Carmel Valley’s original outdoor fitness class.

 

carmel valley outdoor fitness bootcampThis outdoor fitness class meets at the Community Park to either the left side or right side of the recreation center building.  Our outdoor fitness bootcamp workouts in this location utilize bodyweight, resistance bands, medicine balls, sandbags, ropes and TRX.  There is plenty of grounds for cardio, included is a incline ramp for drills, 3 staircases and an amphitheater to be utilized as a step or box.  This class includes the general fitness enthusiast, cyclists and marathon runners.  All fitness levels, abilities and ages are welcome to participate in this 60-minute class.  Clients have ranged from 14-75 yrs old.  If you’d like to meet your personal trainer Bryan click here.

East Mission Bay Outdoor Bootcamp Fitness Classes

What better place for an outdoor fitness workout in San Diego than Mission Bay Park?  You get to sweat and get in shape while watching an awesome sunset every evening.

This outdoor fitness location meets in East Mission Bay Park at either 1292 or 1322 East Mission Bay Drive (check map for detailed location).  Our outdoor fitness bootcamp workouts in this location utilize bodyweight, resistance bands, medicine balls, sandbags, ropes, various agility equipment, chains and sometimes tires.  There is plenty of grassy area for cardio, including hills and sand for drills.  This class includes the general fitness enthusiast, cyclists, competitive obstacle racers, swimmers and marathon runners.  All fitness levels, abilities and ages are welcome to participate in this 60-minute class.  Clients have ranged from 8-75 yrs old.  If you’d like to meet your personal trainer Bryan click here.
